I am currently a research assistant professor in the Department of Applied Ecology at North Carolina State University. My research broadly focuses on fish biology as it relates to management and conservation of aquatic systems. Specifically, my research interests include understanding factors that structure fish assemblages, using community and population characteristics to measure ecological integrity, and the evaluation of protocols used for sampling fishes. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have about my current or past research.
